The successful Graduate Town Planner will gain hands-on experience working across a wide range of development projects, supporting clients through the planning process while developing strong technical and professional skills.The RoleAs a Graduate Town Planner, you will support senior members of the planning team on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will gain valuable exposure to the full planning process, from site appraisal and research through to planning submission and determination.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation and submission of planning applicationsSupporting site appraisals and development feasibility studiesUndertaking planning policy research and analysisDrafting Planning Statements and supporting documentationLiaising with Local Planning Authorities and external consultantsSupporting senior planners on project deliveryMaintaining organised project files and documentationCandidate RequirementsDegree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related disciplineRTPI-accredited degree preferredStrong interest in planning and developmentExcellent written and verbal ..... full job details .....
