Our client has a well-established and expanding planning team, providing a comprehensive range of planning services to both private and public sector clients. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business, the team delivers projects across residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use regeneration, energy, community and leisure sectors. The Role As a Graduate Town Planner, you will support the delivery of a varied workload, developing your technical knowledge and gaining valuable experience across all aspects of the planning process. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the preparation of planning advice, applications and appeals. Researching and analysing planning policy and relevant legislation. Preparing planning appraisals, reports and planning strategy documents. Preparing and submitting planning applications via the Planning Portal.
