Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of planning statements and planning appraisals Support the delivery of a range of planning projects, including larger and more complex schemes Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals Assist clients throughout the planning and development process Assess and appraise new development opportunities Undertake planning policy research and analysis Assist with the preparation of Design and Access Statements where appropriate Manage a variety of planning applications and monitor progress and outcomes Support community engagement and consultation activities Attend planning committee meetings and public examinations Participate in site visits and client meetings Assist with preparing fee proposals and project scopes About You A degree in Town Planning or a related subject, ideally RTPI-accredited A clear interest in town planning and ..... full job details .....
