You will gain hands-on experience preparing planning applications, undertaking policy research, liaising with local authorities, and supporting clients throughout the planning process.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appealsConducting site appraisals and planning researchPreparing planning statements and supporting documentsLiaising with local authorities, consultants, and clientsSupporting senior planners on a variety of development projectsMonitoring planning policy and legislative changesRequirementsDegree (or Masters) in Town Planning or a related disciplineWorking towards or keen to pursue MRTPI accreditationStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational abilities and attention to detailA proactive and ..... full job details .....
