Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior planners with planning applications and appeals
- Conduct site assessments and research to inform projects
- Liaise with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
- Draft planning reports, statements, and supporting documents
- Attend site visits and planning meetings, contributing observations and insights
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Degree in Town Planning and RTPI accreditation
- Some experience through internships, placements, or academic projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop professionally
- Interest in working across diverse sectors including property, rural, and environmental projects
