I''m working closely with an established planning practice based in the heart of Oxford. This is a boutique consultancy known for its collaborative culture, diverse project portfolio, and strong reputation across Yorkshire and beyond. They''re now looking to bring a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner on board to support their growing workload.

What you''ll be doing:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

• Undertaking site visits and research to support planning advice

• Supporting senior planners on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders

• Keeping up to date with relevant planning legislation and policy

What they''re looking for:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)

• Ideally some work experience in a planning environment (public or private sector), though this is not essential

• Strong communication and report-writing skills

• A genuine interest in the built environment and development process

• Ambition to work towards chartered RTPI status (full support provided)
