Vision for Education is looking for enthusiastic and caring graduates to join our SEN Teaching Assistant supply team, supporting specialist primary and secondary schools across Hereford from September 2026.

As a leading education recruitment agency, we provide staff to SEND schools on a day-to-day basis. You''ll initially join our supply register, offering flexible work while gaining hands-on classroom experience, with regular opportunities to move into long-term, part-time or full-time school placements.

This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, social work or other child-focused professions.

You''ll support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate to Profound Learning Difficulties (MLD, SLD & PMLD)
• Complex physical disabilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping children access learning and develop confidence
• Supporting communication, behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting with personal care where required
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals

• Psychology

• Childhood or Early Childhood Studies
• Special Educational Needs and Inclusion
• Health and Social Care

• Or any other child, education or care-related degree
