This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, supporting students learning, building their confidence, and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Roles are full-time, term-time only, and available to start in September. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Support learning in core subjects, including Maths and EnglishHelp maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environmentEncourage students to engage actively in lessons and reach their academic goalsAssist the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom management, and pupil developmentCandidate requirements:A degree in any subject areaA genuine interest in education and supporting young learnersExperience working with children or young people (e.g. in schools, tutoring, youth work, or mentoring)Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staffA proactive and reliable team player, able to work collaboratively and independentlyTo apply, please respond to this advert with your up-to-date CV.
