Are you a graduate looking to start a career in education and gain valuable experience working with young people?

We''re looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join a secondary school in Brent on a long-term, full-time basis, with the potential to become permanent.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering a career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, SEN or other education-related fields.

What You''ll Do

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 with their learning and development
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support
• Help students overcome barriers to learning
• Build positive relationships with students
• Work alongside teachers and support staff
• Encourage confidence, independence and resilience
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We''re Looking For

• Positive, enthusiastic and approachable
• Ideally, educated to degree level and/or experience working with teenagers in education, youth work, coaching, tutoring etc
• Experience with SEN (such as ADHD, dyslexia, Autism or SEMH) is desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about supporting young people
