This role offers excellent classroom experience before teacher training. The Role You will: Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4. Deliver small group interventions. Provide one-to-one academic support. Assist students with classroom activities. Help prepare learning resources. Encourage student engagement and confidence. The Ideal Candidate You will: Hold a degree. Be enthusiastic about education. Have excellent communication skills. Be confident working with young people. Be reliable, proactive and adaptable.
