Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience supporting children with additional needs? This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring educational psychologist, SEN teacher, speech and language therapist, or clinical psychologist to develop practical experience supporting pupils with autism.

The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to help pupils with autism access learning and achieve their individual targets. You will provide tailored 1-2-1 support, assist during whole-class lessons, and deliver interventions designed to develop communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and academic skills. You will play a key role in creating a structured, positive, and engaging learning environment where pupils can thrive.
