The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support children throughout the school day. You will provide 1-2-1 support for pupils who require additional guidance, assist with whole-class learning activities, and deliver small group interventions designed to develop communication, literacy, numeracy, and social skills. You'll help create a positive learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and able to achieve their individual goals.
The Candidate
