The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils who require additional help with their learning. Your role will involve delivering tailored interventions in literacy and numeracy, working on a 1-2-1 basis to help students develop confidence and progress academically. You will play a key role in supporting classroom activities and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
