These roles are ideal if you re considering a career in education, SEN, or child development and want to gain hands-on experience in school settings. Most placements begin on a short-term basis, with the potential to move into longer-term or permanent positions where there s a strong fit. What you ll be doing Supporting pupils with academic, emotional, or behavioural needs Working 1:1 or in small groups alongside teachers or SENCOs Helping build confidence, communication, and learning skills Using your subject knowledge to boost pupil engagement and progress We d love to hear from graduates who: Hold a degree in English, Science, Psychology, Childcare, or a related field Are calm, adaptable, and proactive in school settings Are open to working in primary, secondary, or SEN environments Hold (or are willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS Pay £89 to £96 per day (based on 6.5 hours), depending on experience and setting Why Right Education?
