We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join secondary schools from September. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates with a degree in Mathematics, Science, or English who are passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in the classroom. The Role Supporting students in lessons across your specialist subject area. Providing one-to-one and small group intervention sessions. Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management. Encouraging student engagement, confidence, and academic progress. Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities. Requirements A degree in Mathematics, Science, English, or a related subject. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in education and working with young people. Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential. Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
