About the Graduate Teaching Assistant position:Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic and passionate graduates who are looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training. These are long-term placements to start ASAP, as well as September 2024.This is a highly rewarding role. The school are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships. You will be assisting the teacher and supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis.This is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.No experience needed, just a can-do attitude.Full support and guidance will be provided from Prospero''s Training and Development Team, awarded Best Upskilling Providers in the UK Business Awards 2024.Full access to additional CPD courses, live webinars and 1-1 coaching.A stepping stone to salaried routes to obtain qualified teacher status.
