The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals. Responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small-group basis. Assisting students who require additional learning support. Helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom participation. Building confidence and helping students reach their potential.
