About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 during lessons and independent learning
* Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
* Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
* Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL and varying learning abilities
* Helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
