The Role As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom activities Helping pupils understand tasks and remain engaged with their learning Providing additional support to pupils who may be struggling academically Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence Helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment Preparing classroom resources and supporting lesson delivery Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other education professionals The Ideal Candidate We would love to hear from you if you: Hold a university degree in any subject Are ..... full job details .....
