Reeson Education is recruiting an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join primary schools across Waltham Forest from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate considering a career in teaching, psychology, or SEN to gain valuable classroom experience in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support children in EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing 1:1 support, small group interventions, and general classroom assistance. Many of the roles involve working with pupils who have SEN such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH.

• Daily rate: -82.14 - -100 per day

• Full-time, term-time role starting September 2025

• Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to support learning

• Gain hands-on classroom and SEN experience

• A Graduate Teaching Assistant with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or similar

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary)

• Patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting education
