The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for students, including those with Special Educational Needs.
• Delivering targeted academic intervention programmes to help students reach their potential.
• Assisting teachers within the classroom to ensure all learners are engaged and supported.
• Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence, and independent learning.

What We''re Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any subject considered - strong literacy/numeracy skills desirable).
• A passion for working with young people and helping them succeed.
• Patience, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal) is beneficial, but not essential.
