Hours: 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
A two-form entry primary school in Ealing is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team with an immediate start. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to build practical skills and knowledge in a supportive school environment.
About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across the classroom, in small groups, and through targeted 1:1 intervention
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities
Help pupils develop confidence as they transition from Early Years into Key Stage 1
Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and well-structured learning environment
