Salary: -95 per day
Hours: 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

A two-form entry primary school in Ealing is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Year 1 team with an immediate start. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers who want to build practical skills and knowledge in a supportive school environment.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across the classroom, in small groups, and through targeted 1:1 intervention

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities

• Help pupils develop confidence as they transition from Early Years into Key Stage 1

• Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive and well-structured learning environment

• A collaborative staff team with experienced mentors

• Opportunities for training and development linked to PGCE, School Direct or future teaching pathways

• A well-resourced Year 1 environment within a two-form entry structure

• A school ethos that values inclusion, high expectations, and pupil progress

The school is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant who is:

• Enthusiastic, motivated and professional in their approach

• Able to engage positively with pupils and staff

• Organised, reliable and proactive in supporting learning

• An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Experienced in working with children (through tutoring, volunteering, school placements or childcare roles)
