The Role - Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students across a range of subjects, with a particular focus on core areas such as Maths, English, and Science. You will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted academic support through in-class assistance, small-group interventions, and 1:1 mentoring.

Your role will involve helping pupils understand key concepts, reinforcing learning, and supporting students who require additional guidance to stay on track academically. You will also play a key role in building students'' confidence and engagement in lessons.
