Graduate Roles Available:
Graduate Cover Supervisor
Oversee classes when the subject teacher is absent.
Deliver set work and maintain pupil focus.
Build strong behaviour management strategies.
Report back to the Cover Manager at the end of the day.
Graduate Teaching Assistant
Support pupils 1:1 or in small group interventions.
Work with students with SEND or those needing additional support.
Collaborate with subject teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
Gain valuable secondary school teaching experience.

Requirements:
Degree (2:2 or above preferred)
