Key Responsibilities- Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* Support pupils in 1:1 and small group settings
* Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Support behaviour and learning across the classroom

What We''re Looking for in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
* A graduate with a genuine passion for working with children
* A degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Experience working with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
* A Graduate Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn

Role Details:

* Pay: 90- 105 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am- 3:30pm
