This is a full-time position for the full academic year, making it an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build meaningful experience working with children before teacher training, further study or a career in education.The RoleSupport class teachers with the delivery of engaging, inclusive and stimulating lessons across the primary curriculum.Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils who require additional academic or pastoral support.Work closely with class teachers and teaching assistants to identify and respond to individual pupil needs.Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including children who may require additional SEN support.The Ideal CandidateA degree in any subject.A genuine passion for working with children and an interest in primary education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring and approachable manner.Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.Graduates considering a PGCE, teacher training, educational ..... full job details .....
