The Role As part of the Graduate Teaching Programme, you will work closely with experienced teachers and school leaders, gaining first-hand experience of teaching and learning within a secondary school setting. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting students within lessons on a one-to-one and small-group basis Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Delivering interventions to support student progress Supporting students with varying learning needs and abilities Helping to raise attainment, confidence and engagement Building positive relationships with students and staff Supporting behaviour management and classroom routines Gaining experience across different year groups and subject areas Developing an understanding of teaching, learning and assessment Contributing to the wider life of the school As your ..... full job details .....
