Graduate Talent Acquisition Executive - The Role:

This proactive, outbound role is an ideal first step for a graduate looking to start a career in talent acquisition. Rather than simply screening inbound applications, you''ll be approaching candidates directly. You''ll identify and contact prospective candidates across various sectors and roles using job boards, our ATS and other sourcing channels. No previous recruitment experience is needed, as full training on recruitment and sourcing will be provided. You''ll work closely with our wider team to build strong talent pipelines ahead of client need and develop the skills for a long-term career in the industry.

Graduate Talent Acquisition Executive - Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify and approach candidates across multiple sectors and roles using job boards, our ATS and other sourcing channels

- Reach out directly to prospective candidates by phone and in writing to introduce opportunities and gauge interest

- Build and nurture talent pools and pipelines for future vacancies

- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, shortlisting the strongest for the team

- Keep candidate pipelines and our ATS up to date and accurate

- Learn how employer-branded advertising and candidate attraction campaigns are built and run

Graduate Talent Acquisition Executive - You:

- A recent graduate in any discipline

- Confident, articulate communicator on the phone, with strong written communication skills

- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with systems and data

- A proactive, organised approach and a real interest in starting a career in talent acquisition or recruitment

- Any experience in customer-facing, telephone-based or part-time work alongside your studies would be an advantage, but is not essential
