The Role

As a Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher, you''ll support pupils across the curriculum, working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. You''ll provide one-to-one support, lead small intervention groups, and help create a positive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to succeed.

This role offers outstanding preparation for graduates planning to progress into a PGCE, School Direct, or other teacher training routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and confidence.
• Help prepare classroom resources and learning activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and active participation.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

About You

The ideal Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher will have:

• A degree in any subject.
• A genuine passion for working with children.

Previous experience working with children through tutoring, coaching, mentoring, volunteering, youth work, or childcare would be advantageous but is not essential.
