You''ll work alongside experienced surveyors, developing real technical capability while progressively taking ownership of your own work.The work is varied, practical and designed to build strong foundations in building surveying, with exposure to a wide range of property types and projects across the UK.ROLE EXPECTATIONSThis is a delivery-focused role where you''ll learn by doing, with support from experienced colleagues.You will:Support and progressively take ownership of building inspections across a range of property typesAssist in preparing Planned Preventative Maintenance reports, lifecycle planning and budget forecastingSupport project delivery, including Contract Administration and Project Management instructionsAssist in preparing specifications, tender documentation and contractor procurementSupport building safety-related work, including inspections and data collectionAssist with reinstatement cost assessments and pre-acquisition surveysContribute to dilapidations, project monitoring and compliance-related workBuild strong working relationships with internal ..... full job details .....
