Graduate Support Analyst - Southampton/Hybrid - 24-27.5KWe are recruiting for a Graduate Support Analyst to join a growing technology business delivering specialist software solutions to external customers.This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in Computing, Maths, Physics, Engineering, or a related subject to develop a career in IT support and systems administration.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st-3rd line technical support Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Support software testing and deployments Maintain system documentation and knowledge base articles Assist with project and implementation activitiesSkills and Experience: Degree in a technical subject (2:1 or above preferred) Strong analytical and communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Interest in IT infrastructure, databases, and software supportDesirable: SQL Server / SQL queries Windows Server and Active Directory Networking, VPN, IIS, or Citrix exposure Support desk or customer service experienceThe role offers excellent training, career progression, hybrid working opportunities, and exposure to a wide range of technologies.Deerfoot Recruitment Solutions Ltd is a leading independent tech recruitment consultancy in the UK.
