This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future career in teaching and looking to gain meaningful experience within a secondary school before progressing onto a PGCE, SCITT, School Direct, or other teacher training pathway.As a Student Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside of the classroom, helping them overcome social, emotional, behavioural, and attendance-related barriers to learning.
