The Role
They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and architects on a diverse range of projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative, practical, and sustainable structural solutions
- Support the production of detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Contribute to technical reports and digital modelling
- Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced chartered engineers
- Get involved in site visits and inspections as projects progress

What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2.1 or above)
- A genuine interest in design and architecture
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An interest in sustainable construction and low-carbon design principles
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar is a bonus
