Conrad Consulting is working with a medium-sized structural engineering firm in London who are currently seeking a graduate structural engineer to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain broad experience across a range of projects.

The office has recently celebrated a number of project wins and is in a phase of expansion. Their workload spans residential, commercial, and arts projects, and they pride themselves on delivering high-quality designs that exceed client expectations.

They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop their skills, enjoys teamwork, and is excited to contribute to a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Requirements for a Graduate Structural Engineer:

• Hold a degree in structural engineering
• Ambition to pursue Chartered status in the future
• Some exposure to building structures through university projects, internships, or placements
• Proactive, with a willingness to learn, take on responsibility, and challenge yourself
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Passion for design and engineering

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is advantageous, but not essential
