With involvement in site visits, technical design reviews and day-to-day project delivery, you''ll be able to broaden your technical knowledge and grow in confidence alongside experienced engineers. You''ll hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and have at least 1-2 years'' UK experience within a consultancy environment. You should have a good grounding in building structures, a genuine passion for engineering and the ambition to keep learning and progressing. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude are essential, while working towards ICE or IStructE chartership would be advantageous.
