We are looking for a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our 2026 Graduate Programme in Oxford. As a Stantec graduate, you will collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your structural engineering expertise within a creative, interdisciplinary environment. You will join our large and supportive structures team based in the Oxford office. The team works closely with key clients to deliver successful building projects from initial concept through to completion. You will gain experience across a range of project scales and sectors, including education, regeneration, refurbishment, healthcare, logistics, technology, and commercial.

Responsibilities

Assist with concept and preliminary designs.

Undertake structural calculations and detailed designs.

Review drawings and produce sketches.

Support site visits, inspections, and report writing.

Learn and use a wide range of software, including Tekla, STAADPro, and more.
