Graduate Site Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join a construction team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects in Devonport. You will work on challenging and innovative projects, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale engineering works.Key Responsibilities:Setting Out and Surveying:Assist in site surveys and establish engineering controls for construction activities.Conduct accurate setting out using modern equipment such as GPS and total stations.Project Coordination:Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control procedures and ensure work is carried out to a high standard.Assist in the preparation of as-built records and quality documentation.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):Promote a strong safety culture and support the enforcement of health and safety policies.Conduct risk assessments and ensure activities comply with environmental regulations.Requirements:A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Strong technical knowledge and a keen interest in construction engineering.Familiarity with surveying ..... full job details .....
