Your Role: As a Graduate Production Manager, you''ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day production operations while leading and inspiring teams. You''ll be focused on delivering quality products, improving processes, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Key Duties Will Include: Leading production teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent product quality. Managing production timelines to meet targets without compromising standards. Maintaining compliance with hygiene, food safety, and regulatory guidelines. Monitoring stock and inventory levels to prevent disruptions in production. Driving continuous improvement through Lean tools such as 5S/6S. Hosting regular team briefings to align on targets, updates, and safety protocols. Overseeing staffing and shift plans to maintain coverage and productivity. Being hands-on where needed-resolving production issues and supporting the team.
