The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs including SEMH, ADHD, Autism, attachment difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
Working across both 1:1 and small-group interventions, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence within the classroom. Developing strong relationships will be central to your success, as many pupils benefit from consistent support, positive role models, and clear boundaries.
