The Role Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
