Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Mainstream Secondary School in Colindale, Barnet 
Full-Time | Term-Time Only | £90 PAYE / £106 Umbrella per day

The school has a well-established SEN team and offers excellent guidance to both students and staff, making it a fantastic environment to develop your skills.

The Role:
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional challenges
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both in and outside the classroom
• Assist class teachers in creating a calm, engaging learning environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with students and help them access the curriculum
• Gain practical experience working alongside experienced educators, SENCOs and pastoral staff
