As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language challenges

• Assist teachers in creating inclusive and supportive classroom environments

• Gain first-hand experience of how pupils with SEN are supported in mainstream education

• Psychology

• Education or Childhood Studies

• Or any subject, provided you have a genuine passion for working with children

• A graduate from 2023, 2024, or due to graduate in 2025

• Patient, reliable, and keen to develop their understanding of SEN

• Confident in building relationships with children with a range of learning needs

• Based in or able to travel to schools across Dudley
