As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Assist teachers with lessons, activities and targeted interventions.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Encourage engagement and participation in classroom learning.
• Build trusting and supportive relationships with pupils.
• Work closely with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals.

The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:

• A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject.
