The Role - Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, trauma-related needs, and behavioural difficulties.

You will work closely with individual pupils and small groups, helping them engage with learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive coping strategies. Alongside classroom support, you will contribute to behaviour interventions and pastoral support, encouraging pupils to build confidence and resilience.

Working alongside experienced SEN professionals, you will gain exposure to a broad range of specialist strategies and interventions, making this an exceptional opportunity for graduates considering careers in psychology or specialist education.
