      <description>Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are looking for a motivated Graduate Scientist to support laboratory research focused on advanced materials for a clean tech, start-up company. This is a lab-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on experimental work and contributing to cutting-edge technology development. ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine laboratory experiments to support RandD and technology development.Follow rigorous health, safety, quality and environmental standards, including COSHH and risk assessments.Plan day-to-day laboratory activities effectively in support of wider scientific objectives.Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy experimental and quality records.Communicate experimental progress and results clearly, both verbally and electronically.About YouExperience working in a laboratory-based environment.A degree in Chemistry, Applied Science or another relevant scientific discipline is desirable.Experience with experimental planning would also be advantageous.If you are a Graduate with an interest in clean tech, please apply now.</description>
