Novax Recruitment Group is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, specialising in the Construction & Engineering sectors across the USA market.

No previous recruitment experience is required. We''re looking for people with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

• -26,000 starting salary
• Realistic earnings of 3x your basic salary and beyond for successful consultants
• A structured training programme designed to give you the skills and knowledge to succeed
• Hands-on training and support from experienced, successful recruiters

• Monday-Thursday: 12pm-8pm
• Friday: 12pm-5pm
• Some flexibility around working hours where personal circumstances require it

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you''ll learn how to:

• Identify and develop relationships with clients across the USA
• Source and engage with high-quality candidates
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Build and maintain your own professional network
• Develop specialist knowledge within the Construction & Engineering sectors
• Negotiate offers and help successfully place candidates into new roles
• Work towards achievable targets and build your earning potential
