Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Atheray Stone is looking to add a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to our growing team as we enter our next phase of expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is required we are equally interested in candidates with a strong sales background who are looking to transfer their skills into a new industry. Atheray Stone is a specialist recruitment business operating across Construction, Infrastructure, Tax and Finance, partnering with a range of leading Blue Chip businesses across these sectors. You will initially join the team as a Resourcing Consultant, developing your knowledge of the industry, building relationships with candidates and clients, and learning the fundamentals of successful recruitment. With the right performance and progression, the role will develop into running your own specialist desk, managing your own clients and candidates with significant earning potential. Responsibilities: Resource for candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, advertising, Linkedin and cold call Headhunting Matching suitable candidates to client specification Interviewing candidates to match suitability Maintain and develop relationships with candidates and clients, representing the business professionally throughout the recruitment process Present accurate CVs in company format Represent the business when required at meetings with both candidates and clients Develop the brand ..... full job details .....
