The Role

You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while developing your own specialist market.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying candidates

· Managing candidates through interviews and offers

· Building candidate and client relationships

· Developing your network and generating new business

· Keeping up with market developments

· Building and growing your own business portfolio

You'll have responsibility from an early stage, with the training and support to help you succeed.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a recent graduate, have recruitment experience, or be in a sales or commercially focused role. We're looking for someone who is:

· Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results

· Confident communicating with people

· Competitive and comfortable picking up the phone

· Organised, positive and willing to learn

· Prepared to work hard and take ownership

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive.

Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Mandarin, are advantageous but not essential.
