Graduate Quantity Surveyor Structures and Construction Bishopsgate, Central London Up to £45,000 + Travel + Healthcare + Pension + Package Structures Cut and Carve RC Frame Groundworks Construction Graduate Quantity Surveyor Central London An established and growing specialist contractor is looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in Bishopsgate. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveying graduate with around one to two years post-degree experience who wants to develop within a supportive and experienced commercial team. Experience in structures, structural alterations, cut and carve, demolition, RC frames or groundworks would be useful but is not essential. Applications are welcomed from candidates working for main contractors, subcontractors or other construction businesses. The Role Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and senior commercial management, you will support the commercial delivery of technically challenging construction projects across London. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with subcontractor procurement and tender analysis Supporting the management of subcontractor packages Preparing valuations, variations and payment applications Monitoring project costs and budgets Assisting with monthly cost reports and forecasts Identifying and recording project changes Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients Attending commercial and project meetings Supporting the preparation ..... full job details .....
