Graduate Quantity Surveyor - StratfordLocation: Stratford (Office-based)Salary: 25,000 - 35,000A well-established specialist subcontractor in the interiors sector is looking to recruit a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team at its Stratford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.The RoleYou will support the commercial team across a range of drylining and interior fit-out packages, gaining exposure to projects from tender stage through to final account. Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors, you will develop a strong understanding of subcontractor commercial management.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with cost management across multiple projectsSupporting the preparation of valuations, variations, and final accountsAssisting with procurement of materials and subcontract packagesMonitoring project costs and helping to report on financial performanceSupporting contract administration and documentationBuilding relationships with site teams, suppliers, and clientsAbout YouDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction disciplineStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood communication and organisational abilitiesA proactive attitude and willingness to learnDrylining or interiors experience/knowledge is desirable, but not essentialWhat''s on OfferCompetitive salary of 25,000 - 35,000Structured training and developmentExposure to a ..... full job details .....
